这个题前面大家大多讨论的是C/D, 答案是D.但是有没有人选E呢，我认为D可能导致人数上升也可能导致人数下降，所以应该不是削弱，反而E是直接削弱的，大家怎么看？谢谢！

E应该是支持，不是削弱。

题目结论是businesses will have a noticeable decline in economic. 如果削弱应该是说不会这样。E说更多的人退休以后会离开Florida，所以是支持结论。

个人一点想法，请指教。
