On the other hand, I don't agree with your "whether MBA is appropriate for you for the time being". Duke is not the only choice for me. As an applicant, I must consider every step carefully and make the right decision. Feeling unconfident about oral English,I need time to practice and prepare for the questions. Spending too much time on Duke, I'll miss other opportunities.  Money actually is crucial for an new immigrant and I have to think over whether the money spent on Duke is worhy. Furthermore, I need to work for the time being and don't want to lose my job in the beginning of my life in Canada.

老兄啊，申请MBA本来就是费时费力费钱的，不花功夫怎么会有回报呢？另外，已经是这个时候了，你应该尽快决定自己要申请的目标学校，4-5所为宜，然后全力准备essay和面试。如果Duke是你的目标，那完全值得多花些精力和金钱（和学费比起来九牛一毛！不就一张往返机票嘛），如果Duke不合你的标准，那就应该果断放弃，全力攻克你喜欢的学校。我也经常对别人讲，一只狐狸追一个兔子追得到，同时追三只兔子则可能一只都追不到！道理就是这么简单，当然，录不录你选择权在学校，申不申请则由你决定。

不过你可能没多少时间考虑了，下周我们就放寒假了，等开学已经是一月20号了，估计第三轮的deadline都已经过了！

问前辈有关成绩单的问题,

在DEADLINE(1月3日) 之前我需要寄成绩单吗? 因为我打算1月中旬做CAMPUS VISIT, 顺便交上成绩单, 可不可以?

呵呵，谢谢你和版主的话，受益非浅。事实上无论面试会怎样安排，我已经申请DUKE了，很希望以后会加入有你们这样的热心人的学校。没关系，我只要1月3号前把申请资料发出去就行了。面试二月份即可。

原则上讲不可以！很多学校都是要求hard copy的文件必须要在deadline之前收到！fuqua应该也不例外吧！

反正不差那几天，建议你还是在deadline之前寄给学校为上策

想请教大家一个傻问题：我知道Fuqua应该念：fju:kua，但是不知道Duke应该读du:k还是dju:k?

oops, I didn't know that before the interview. But fortunately, my interviewer didn't ask. She is really nice and put me at ease. 2 more days to wait!
