这道题里不是such as举例吧，as 是跟known连用的，known as 是group 的后置定语 与such无关吧。。。

such a group known as和such a group as 意思上没大区别，a group 就是指borrowers。。或许不应该叫举例，像。。可能更容易理解吧，当然这个像不是比较的意思。把such as分开也一样
such fruits as apples不能说such apples as fruits

之前选错是因为没看懂语义，这里a group同位的是那些有这种不还钱的贷款记录的borrowers

我觉得ron都解释的很清楚了 为什么such a group 没有指代就是认为group 不是指的是borrower 而是指的公司借钱给那些信用不好的人形成一个集体 或者说市场
拿前面网友举的例子来看
Among the objects found in the excavated temple were small terra-cotta effigies left by supplicants who were either asking the goddess Bona Dea's aid in healing physical and mental ills or thanking her for such help. 这里的help和aid一一对应 没有歧义 aid help都是一个意思

这三个指代在意思上和逻辑上都相当贴切
但原题就很明显不是 如果你非要理解成指代那就变成borrowers=market 我觉得这完全说不通难道不是吗？
