      answer is D, but i think c is the best  choice to counter the objection, NN pls give a hand!!

答案应该是D。反对意见说，燃烧M会产生C，所以燃烧M这个计划不管用。也就是说，去掉了M，产生了C，对温室效应的作用是一样的，因此proposal没有意义。但这个反对意见忽略了一点：如果M比C产生的温室效应更大的话，那么烧掉M产生C也会使得proposal有意义。答案D指出了这一点。

如果Methane in the atmosphere is more effective in blocking the escape of heat from the Earth ， 那为什么要burn,burn了之后是不是不能blocking the escape of heat from the Earth ，反而没用？

我怎么觉得c是说：m虽然燃烧会产生c，但m能生电，而电能减少其他燃料的使用，从而减少c的排放。
虽然C也weaken，但还是D来得直接，也更相关原文，所以还是应该选D （虽然这题错选了C -_-b ）

1， D有flaw：如果m燃烧产生了很多很多很多c（虽然化学原理上不是这样的），虽然m害处小，但燃烧后由于c太多了，可能还是不燃烧m的好～～～ 呵呵；而C却虽然绕了点，但却从产生环保的电能弥补了这点flaw
2： 借这个题目问问nn们一个心理问题：做cr时，感觉最麻烦的就是过不了自己这关。像这个题目，看完提干，马上想到的就是“M能产生环保的电能啊！电能能减少c的排放” ，于是心里总是想“电能电能”，看到c就选了，然后再匆匆的看到d、e（有时候甚至d、e都不看了），就怎么都觉得不顺眼了～sigh，这样的情况出现好多次了，白错的好多题目，郁闷，怎么才能在做题时客服这总心理呢？

你把答案C理解错了，C说的是M将替代某种不会产生二氧化碳的燃料。燃料的替代与否跟本文章一点关系都没有，是无关选项。本文是在讨论如何减少温室效应不是讨论燃料。

说的有理。尽管理智告诉哦肯定的选d， 但是它的却有点小毛病， 就是用甲烷燃烧放出的电能没有考虑进去， 哦读题的时候就想到这个bug ,可惜没有在答案中出现。
