谈谈我的见解吧   ，不一定对哦！
首先，FACT里的people who have asthma also suffer from hay fever 与E项的people suffering from hay fever who also have asthma的总数肯定一样吧（只是对应的分母不同，比例肯定不同）
然后，你看啊，FACT里面还说得hey fever的总人数是超过asthma的
最后，我们假定又有asthma又有hey fever的人数是A,得hey fever的人数是X,得asthma的人数是Y，因为X>Y，所以A/X<A/Y，又A/Y=95%，所以A/X<95%，就选E了

其实这道题不用这么麻烦，题干中的fact就已经说了 Asthma is much less common ailment than hay fever，所以说患有h中的人又患有a的肯定比患有a中又患有h的占比要小

发表一下个人看法，这道题不知所云的原因就是rate没法理解是95%到底是谁比谁，超过95%患a同时患h也就是患a且患h的人在患a的人中占超过95%的比例，也就是：

（患a且患h）/（患a）over 95%；

同时我们知道 患a less common than 患h，

而E选项说的正是，（患a且患h）在患h的总人数中的比例，也就是（患a且患h）/患h，自然是less than 95%了。
