后面又说如果这些INITIATIVES能成功地增加本国的需求，美国的生产商有可能可以保持现在的生产水平了（因为本国的需求增加了之后 就可以在本国卖了~）(为什么就可以断定只要美国的需求上来了 这些美国的生产商一定能成功呢？)SINCE：就像那些欧洲厂商 美国的厂商在自己国家也有自己的竞争优势

为什么E不对呢， 我的理解是因为目前美国本土市场很有限，所以有很大的发展空间to encourage the use of solar power within US。。。如果本身市场已经很饱和了， 那么即使在本国有竞争优势也不能保持现有产量额~
