题目问的是为什么企业要通过提到国防的高度来解决产业保护问题，我想你把e理解成weaken了，其实不是，如果有weaken的意思的话，它weaken的也是企业的逻辑，而不能解释企业这样做的理由，因此就是无关的。

CR題做多了就會有你講的問題，我想，既然OG都講了E選項無關，而且廠商的請願行為也確實與國外企業競爭無關的時候，特別是C選項也真的比E好的時候，那麼就應該沒大問題了

本題是考閱讀，我一開始讀不讀，繞了一圈回來再讀，總算理解了
