[求助]about the confirm numbers???

I have  a Q??I called the ETS to checkj my marks, but it need my 16confirm number.Actually we juat have 8numbers. what's wrong with it????

Don't worry. I only had a 8-number confirmation as well. I called the test center, and then they told me my scores. Try again. And I believe that the numbers before the eight digits are all zeros. Good luck!
