关于UMD SCM orientation的几个问题

已收到UMD的录取，遇到些问题，发学校邮件还没回，不知道能否在CD得到解答：
1.文件里有一张Check List FOr New Students，Before Arrival部分里有这么两条：

>     （1）Complete the Orientation Reservation at:

>     （2）Set up Directory ID at: http://directory.umd.edu/id?new_user
>
>     我进到（1）里的网站，但没找到Orientation Reservation，请问这个是指什么？我如何Complete它？
>
>     然后关于 Directory ID ，另一张关于guidance on important orientation issues上有：
>
>      Directory ID/Student Identification Number
>
>     Graduate degree students can find this number on the Application
> Supplemental Form (ASF) in section 1: Verify Contact Information. Once you
> have located your SID, go to the following website to activate your UM
> Directory ID, http://www.oit.umd.edu/new/student.html
>
>     我不知道ASF表在哪儿，在之前做online application的系统里面，我看到了Supplemental
> Forms这一项，但点进去没有看到什么section 1: Verify Contact
> Information。请问你知道ASF么？我的SID该到哪儿找呢？

>     2.关于Placement Testing
>
>     文件中说：You should refer to your admission letters to determine if this is
> required and to the OIS website in July 2012 for information. 这里的admission
> letters是指和I-20一起寄来的材料么？但我在材料里没有看到关于英语分级考试的信息，我该如何确定要不要参加呢？

>     3.关于Fall的Welcome Check-in
>
>     这个网页http://www.internatioanl.umd.edu/ies/3170上说，新生都要求参加Welcome
> Check-in，但没找到秋季入学的Welcome
> Check-in的安排。我想早点确定到了学校后要参加的各种events，因为想尽早定好机票，现在定便宜。

>    4.关于要带的文件
>
>     有这么一段：Bring the following documents (and copies of them) with you for
> the entire Orientation Program: your admission materials, passport,
> immigration forms, I-94, proof of immunization, and a description of any
> coursework you would like to transfer to your degree at the University of
> Maryland.

>     这里最后一项a description of any coursework you would like to transfer to your
> degree指的是什么？
>

>   5.关于IES Personal Information Form
>
>     在International Education Services Documents Check Procedure这页上，有Complete
> the front and back of the green "IES Personal Information
> Form".请问这张是什么表？是填好了带去的还是到学校了再填的？
