多谢鸟儿提醒，我也发现口语有的时候说不完。昨天看OG的口语的时候，Tip2 说到了 When  giving descriptions, try to avoid presenting long lists since this will reduce the time you have available to elaborate on the rest of your response.  所以接下来我准备精简练习方案，大体结构为：第一句话表明自己的态度，第2句话概括下话题并引出接下来的观点。然后从三个角度进行说明（开头尽量都用话题词）。每个角度一般就用一个例子进行阐述下。 总计8句话吧。

In my view, of course the most important inventions in the last 100 years is internet. The invention of internet has a big impact on human being. Firstly, the Internet connets people all over the world. Peole can communicate each other freely. It seems that we just live in an earth villiage. Secondly, the internet makes our lives more rich and colorful. Through internet, we can do shooping, watch movies and read interesting books. Thirdly, internet allows people to know what happens in the world. They can update their information instantaneously. Like the tools of Face book or twitter. Nowadays you can't imagin what will happen without internet.

If I have the opportunity to choose a job freely, I would join into the international aid group. In my view, the international aid is a meaningful and challenging job. Firstly, as a member of international aid group, I will go into the poor Africa countries and teach the local people to prevent and fight the disease. You know, in the rural areas of Africa, the sanitation condition is worse. Secondly, whild working with the international aid group, I can know the reason why the heroin additives indulge in the dug. And then I can work out a suitable drug treatment program to help the additives to stop using the drug. Thirdly, I would like to make more people in the world to know the magic of Chinese Medicine therapy. You know, it is very effective to reduce tension while using Chinese acupuncture.
小结：在5.1之前一定要制定好接下来详细的，全面的复习计划了。

The most important composition for me  is the proverb by Algherie Dante "Follow your own course, and let people talk." This proverb has a big impact on me. Firstly this saying encourages me  to pursue my own dream. When I am on the edge of collapse, it reminds me that I should never give up, and that just follow my  heart and don't need to care others' words. Secondly, the proverb help me to mode my own style. You know,  you should have your own charater in the life stage.I am not bound to be timid and conventional. Thidly, the first sight I saw this proverb, I wrote it down in my notebook. Now it has become my motto. It will guide my life in the future.                                                                                                                                                           小结：张红岩的前120页生词的词根词缀已经查完。还有6list 没有听写。预计周日完成。然后接下来转背王玉梅的词汇。
