为什么不能是A呢，确实是指出了汽车制造业者自相矛盾的说法，来证明应该heed呀？

A 他们以前和现在的前提都是一致的，都觉得不经济又对环境没效。

这样不能counter current position。

D 第一次态度转变。第二次(Current)态度没有变，就counter。
