Hot cafeCEO 在官网上做了feedback 页面。并把feedback weside 写在了每张receipt上。虽然只有1500 complain 和500 建议但是超过300000的销量使他们觉得大部分的顾客是满意的用FEEDBACK的方法很好，不用改进
