MI: The bilingual language spoken people are indicated to be smarter than the mono language spoke people during infants to even elder age.
1. People knowing two different languages benefit more than people without such ability. A more profound study shows that bilingual spoke people are smarter than people who don't speak more than one language.
2. The bilingual people can perform tasks well by using better cognitive skills and dealing with internal conflict than monolingual people.
A study in 2004 supports the theory above:
a. The scientists studied two different groups of preschoolers, one is bilingual preschoolers, another group is monolingual preschoolers. The experiment requires these two groups to identify the blue and red geometric based on their shapes and colors. The result shows that these two groups perform the similar outcomes in the "color study", but that the bilingual group performs quicker in the "shape study" than monolingual group.
b. This illustrates that preschoolers are more capable to deal with distractions and be more focused to handle more complicated tasks.
Another study in 2009:
a. The experiment tests the infants about their reaction of the object on different sides. The infants who listened to the bilingual radio can quickly judge the direction of the object replacement. But the infants without such environment only stare at one side when the object's position is changed.
b. This result shows that the bilingual ability makes an infant smarter than the one without this ability. And this ability will affect the later age of adult as well. An example that Spanish English spoken people are more resistant to the Alzhermer disease than those who are monolingual spoken.
4. The bilingual only gives us power of language, but who knows it has such a huge impact on human's lives?

会两种语言的比会一种的聪明
举了一个例子，把小朋友分成两组，一个是会两种语言的，一个是只会一种语言的，然后两组进行选球的游戏
按颜色来选，两组小朋友选出来速度都差不多，按形状来选，会两种语言的小朋友选的快一些。

还有一个实验是，在一个橱窗前摆一个玩具让小朋友们看它，过了一会儿把玩具移到另一个方向的橱柜里，会两种语言的小孩就会转过头去看着玩具，会一种语言的还是看着以前的地方不会转移视线。

另外，双语言的影响也会在老年表现出来。调查表明，会两种语言的患老年痴呆的少而且晚。两种语言说的越好的老的越晚。

好像是讲关于happiness of PURSUIT。就是这个话题一直在被讨论，然后有个人（名字木有记住，但是好像在鸟儿亲亲那里见过，好像很牛拉）他说出一个观点，反对传统的那种。。。中间好多木有读懂啊。。。好像说了语言可以影响。最后得出结论，就是文章的题目。。木记住。。大概意思能取舍就是幸福？？
越障：6’35  主要讲了说（双语主义？）的人会更聪明。做了个什么红蓝实验，印证了这个结论。然后分析为什么会这样，好像最基础的是因为双语的人更能监视环境。然后又举了婴儿的例子。具体的操作木有看懂。说了个aging。。。就记得这么个词。。5555

MI:A scientist,E,tells us what is his new point of happiness,what abilities we should have to get happiness,and what we will do if we catch happiness.
1.E will tell us what is happiness and how to pursue happiness.In the book,though he describes some scientific things,he disclaims the traditional opinion about happiness and tells us what's the new concept of happiness.
2.From describing sth in the book that tells the classical opinion,E explores three things that everyone should know:
       (1)We should do things in the control of basic laws of physics
       (2)We can aware that the time is irreversible and life is fragile.
       (3)We can predict the future in some special point.
3.E tells us that we can imagine our mind as a web of computation.He describes how to comprehend our memory and proposes a characteristic of human----language,which is an important weapon of our happiness.
4.Language is helped by social interactions.Both in language and in cognition there are two abilities we should capture:understanding and foresight.Then E tells a particular discussion about the ability of pattern-recognition.
5.To be happy,we should have the ability of phenomenal experience.E then propose the true fountain of happiness:use our experience and then pursue the happiness.E sums up with the sentence that when we are fishing the happiness,we should catch and release.

看了lulu这个，我突然想到咱中国话说：幸福在舍得之间，也许就是说“拿得起放得下”吧
我特喜欢他有个观点，说happiness is a reward mechanism of the brain，具有evolutionary advantage. 这理解太强大了！
