To sum up, the plan is not convincing to me because the author fails to build a causal relationship between hiring a new managing editor and the improvements in the staff retaining and advance within the company. To improve the argument, the author should provide more evidence about the similarity between the Watchweek and the Pattycake, as well as the similarity between the position of Management Editor and the Creative Editor.
