我也面到了这题~有点傻眼
我答得是说管理层应该让员工知道他们做了什么决策, 通过各种渠道(比如企业内部annoucement, 网络)让大家知道what's going on~并且上员工参与企业决策.
BTW, 我已经得到AD啦~
