归纳题的答案一定是和原文给的信息都有关的.A+B才能推出答案,光A和光B都是不行的,除非是问"文章提供了哪些information",才可以从局部信息推结论.

我是另一种理解，

原文的意思只有：禁止广告后，挪威的年轻人吸烟仍然和未禁止广告的国家一样普遍。

E,大多人未停止吸烟——有可能挪威的吸烟率很高，禁止广告后一部分人停止吸了，但比率仍和其他国家一样。

   E错。

A,广告不是唯一原因——不管吸烟比率是否有降低，目前仍然普遍，说明必然还有其他原因到职吸烟。
