B中的 would改用will大家觉得如何？反正都是预测阿，而且句式是现在时.

1，句子不平行，好多人问到了，我觉得规范的是that（ the rate in ）personal spending in the July-September quarter would more than double
    

2，would这个时态不明白，will不行么
