A basic question

If I do not choose an answer for the question, is it consided same as wrong answer by ETS?

Somehow, I have an impression that number of wrong answers will be subtracted from number of correct answers to calculate the total score. In this case, does it mean I'd better skip the questions if I have no clue what is the answer?

不选答案就不能够做下一题，如果是时间结束了，还有题目没有完成，据说是有罚分的。
