答案是A，我觉得是B啊，因为题目中已经说过most customers have measuring cups at home，所以为什么还要考虑without a measuring cup呢？

我觉得这应该是原因——结果~
原因：customer觉得没有也行&这个cup没什么用~
结果：customer可以自己测量&公司可以卖没有cup的以增加收入~

那么好了，这是加强题~加强，意味着：文中的理由（原因）特别对~换言之就是：加强原因~
看A，前半句很明显，“either too little or too much ”意味着：customer自己测量也行，也挺准的~
        后半句则为了说明，原因这么做，没什么负的影响。

对于B,我第一眼看到就觉得这个不对，理由很简单，和原因没什么关系。我觉得做题时千万不要自己“多想”。你看哈，b说这公司用cup这么年了。显然和“measure准不准，cup有没有”没什么关系，所以b自然是错的~
