For example, Aristotle’s cosmological theory, which claimed that everything was made out of four elements---earth, air, fire,and water---satisfied the first requirement, but it did not make any definite predictions. Thus, Aristotle’s cosmological theory was not agood theory.

OA is B. 能够理解。但为什么A是must be true呢？感觉是原文的逆命题啊，basic logical error。
A选项里的"must be"我理解的是"Prediction about the results of future observations"-->"any good scientific theory"
是不是理解错了？望解答~
