发现整理出来的OG解题原创的第80题，居然和偶OG书上的题目不一样......只好在拉出来问啦

原文假设demand不变， supply 减少，drug price 减少， The program 不成功。

E 说 demand 减少 supply 不变 也能推出 drug price 减少， The program 不成功.

哎，明白了，我觉得ETS脑子里好像多了根筋， 我真么也想不到supply大于demand这种问题上去。。。。。
