建议用 gateway2mba  （http://www.gateway2mba.com） ，他们改Master和MBA的文章， 是美国的一家公司。我请他们改的时候，editor 和我来回email了很多次，用引导的方式帮助我挖掘自己的长处，然后他又帮我改了又改，直到文章可以突出所有我的个性特点为止。价钱也不贵，性价比很高。他们的follow-up做的也很好，改完文章过段时间还发email过来询问申请情况，表示很关心。

1. Situation: specify what are the difficulties, uncertainties and risks

2. How did you handle/turn around this?  Address each of the issue you highlighted in the first paragraph.

3. Indicate why it is a significant achievement and the lesson learnt

try use the star model:

S = Situation - describe a situation. This is a where you will set up the plot of your story for the listener. Give a brief outline of a situation you faced and your role.

T = Task - What was the task you had to accomplish? This is your goal or the hoped outcome.

A = Action - What did you do to accomplish the task? Describe what happened and how you attacked the problem through to resolution.

R = Results - What was the result of your actions?
