大家好，下面是我的essay初稿，终于删到了规定字数，没修改语法，请牛牛帮我看看这个思路，框架，思想深度是否够好，有任何看着别扭的，请严厉的批评，不要留情！多谢！

题目：Describe your most significant work-related achievement and explain why you view it as such. (400 words)

大概扫了眼，基本语法和标点符号错误很多
让别人改之前先自己把这些一眼就能看出的错误更正，这样更有诚意

大概看了一下，相对而言如果你要用这个申请美国Top 30的话还需要改很多很多。

语法上的修改随便找个高手就是一个小时搞定的事情，所以内容和架构的修改更基础更重要，那个是无止境的，大改小改天天改。

对了记得你申请的是中欧，最好也请中欧的校友过目。

谢谢51tx，其实我想听取更多人的意见，北美和中欧对写作的基本要求应该不会差多少吧。
不管怎样，谢谢您的支持和关注，我期待你每次的点评，其实上面的框架几乎是按照你给我的框架字数来定的，就是后面的感想比你说的多出很多，我会反复修改的，我很关注的是：我的题材和思想深度能拿到台面上来么？

从一件事情怎么能够得出Think of my future career, to conquer a project and to start a new business, the difficulties could be diversified and new to me, but I believe I will face it calmly with confidence because I have such experience. 这样的结论呢？作者要么是失败经历很少的人，要么是十分理想化的人。

1. Situation: specify what are the difficulties, uncertainties and risks

2. How did you handle/turn around this? Address each of the issue you highlighted in the first paragraph.

3. Indicate why it is a significant achievement and the lesson learnt

try use the star model:

S = Situation - describe a situation. This is a where you will set up the plot of your story for the listener. Give a brief outline of a situation you faced and your role.

T = Task - What was the task you had to accomplish? This is your goal or the hoped outcome.

A = Action - What did you do to accomplish the task? Describe what happened and how you attacked the problem through to resolution.

R = Results - What was the result of your actions?

建议用 gateway2mba （http://www.gateway2mba.com），他们改Master和MBA的文章，是美国的一家公司。我请他们改的时候，editor 和我来回email了很多次，用引导的方式帮助我挖掘自己的长处，然后他又帮我改了又改，直到文章可以突出所有我的个性特点为止。价钱也不贵，性价比很高。他们的follow-up做的也很好，改完文章过段时间还发email过来询问申请情况，表示很关心。
