求助！！！申uic的帮忙进来看一下好吗~~

申uic的msa，今天发邮件给我说缺学位证明，不能审材料：In preparing your application for the Admissions Committee, I noticed that we are still waiting for your degree certificate/diploma (showing the degree you earned and your graduation date). Once we have this item, we can bring your application to the Admissions Committee.

我说大四还没毕业没有学位证和毕业证，但是寄了在读证明过去，能不能先审，等到毕业再给，对方说No. Unfortunately we cannot bring your application to the Admissions Committee until it is complete. We need the provisional degree certificate; and we do know that it is possible to retrieve this from your school.

有谁知道这个provisional degree certificate是什么东西啊，申别的学校都没要求过这个啊~~~~~

是不是在读证明翻译的问题。或者你先扫描过去。
我也申的UIC。。。他们也说缺材料。。。

非常感谢回复，的确是在读证明的问题，今天扫描过去小米说没问题了，原来是把我的邮寄材料搞丢了。。。
