Human beings have made numerousbreakthroughs since the industrial reformation. You can not imagine the lifewithout telecommunications. You can not imagine life without light. You caneither not imagine life without the Internet. However, problems such as theabolition of nuclear weapons, fuel shortage and water scarcity need to beaddressed and they may not be solved within our lifetime.


First and foremost, worse and worse environmental conditions necessities more effort toconserve our limited resources（这句缺谓语啊）.We can see that the more and more people who live on the island（islands）on pacific（the Pacific，pacific小写不加the是温和的意思） have become homeless because of theraise of sea level, caused by global warming. Almost every family in our city has at least one private car.Consequently, the fresh air has disappeared. Gradually, I felt veryuncomfortable with my nose.
