这是题目，对于A选项的解释是 The consultants’ advice makes sense if increased time to handle claims causes the company to lose business。我不懂 A不是说如果时间增加了 公司就会失去business吗 那就削弱了啊？

A是加强啊。。。。。那个consultant建议辞退那些settle claims平均用时最长的员工，好处自然就是可以省下这部分时间，而A选项是说如果这个公司用在处理claims上的时间多，就会失去其他的保险客户，就是说settle claims用的时间太多是不好的，那么，省时间就是好的啊，这样consultant的观点就可以解决这个问题啊。


但是OG上对B的解释，说那些处理claims用时最长的员工是最有能力处理complex claims的，因为用时长说明他们所处理的claims都是比较complicated以及费时的，让我觉得这个不纯粹是自己在那幻想吗？题目中并没有给出这样的逻辑关系啊！！！！望高手解答。。。。。。虽然只是OG诊断的第一题。。。。。。。！！！！！

这段题是典型的手段目的题，这道题概括的逻辑思维就是：
目的：为了保证公司处理工作的能力尽可能的不受裁员的影响
手段：裁掉那些现在完成工作花费时间最长的人
一般这类型的题在削弱题中常用解法就是说明手段不能达到目的
而B选项是说这个公司倾向于将最复杂的工作布置给最有能力的adusters
也就是说那些完成工作花费时间长的人不是因为能力差，而是问题复杂需要时间
如果裁剪这些能力最好的人，反而会使公司处理这方面工作的能力降低，明显的就使手段达不到目的，就削弱了

可是我觉得把复杂的工作交给最有能力的员工做，工作时间未必就会比一般员工耗费的长啊，有可能时间一样。所以这个选项就不能削弱了吧？甚至我觉得有点无关的感觉？再帮我解答一下哈。。。

我也纠结这个问题好久了。以下是我的解答：
题目的意思是，准备裁掉一部分claims adjusters，裁员的标准是，谁耗费的时间越长就会裁掉谁。
而问题的是意思是：在题目中，顾问提出的这个标准——谁耗费的时间长久裁掉谁——问面临怎么样的问题。
解释：很明显，claim有比较耗时的也有比较简单的，那么boss一定会把比较难的，相对的也就是比较耗费时间的给哪些有能力的adjuster。一般情况下，有能力的adjuster解决一个claim的时间当然比普通的要快，但是由于有能力的和能力一般的解决的claim等级不一样，那么有可能同时解决adjuster自己被分配到的claim时，普通的反而比有能力的adjuster解决的快，因为claim 简单啊。
所以，裁员顾问所面临的问题就是，可能由于complex claim被分配给最有能力的adjuster，耗费的时间长，而有被裁掉的风险。
