谢谢，隔几天之后再看，觉得Pro-Tect cannot reduce the number of car-theft policies it carries, so it cannot protect itself against continued large payouts that way是一个problem，而argument整体是来评估解决这一问题的一种方法的（给装防盗器的用户打折），第二个黑体是评估后得出的判断——确实会减少理赔支出。不知理解的对不对？
一口气做完PREP07的CR觉得效果不是很好，思路不清楚，隔几天再看，觉得没有那么混乱了。
