ESCP？

Hi Derman, 我发现其实三大高商中国学生的就业率很不高...而且很多都是毕业后飘着然后再回国找工作。我想可不可以这样？举例，如今年2014年9月入学，2016年9月起为第三学年。在2016年9月-12月回国呆着，主要是把握国内校园招聘的机会，拿到offer后再回法国读书读到2017年6月，然后再回国就可以开始工作，不会有啥gap。至于9-12月学习上的事，就和老师学校沟通好或者各种逃，或者对于ESSEC学生来说可以更灵活。

如果这样安排的话就不用担心毕业就失业了，因为我觉得法国高商三年的学习和实习应该能在国内找到一份还可以的工作的。

不知道这种安排Derman你觉得实际否？符合现实否？

Hey. Sure, why not? Btw, is what you mentioned above a backup plan or a real plan? i would be very surprised if you target campus hire in China even before going to the top3 Grande Ecole. I could be wrong but getting a job or not really depdns on individual's efforts/plan (i should say strategy).

Please forgive my innocence, I was serious about it before you mentioned it... Then what exactly do you mean by efforts/plans/strategies, whether the job is in the Europe or in the Asia? You mean Alumni network? Job postings in the internal system? Since we are inexperienced graduates, so companies will not recruit us as experienced professionals, therefore the most effective and common way to find a job is through campus recruitment...

Dont get me wrong, I agree that campus hire is the most effective way of getting a job. But if getting a job in Europe is what you aim for, then stick to it and work hard on it. Getting a job through campus hire in China is totally fine if it's what you plan for. But don't focus too much on this if it's just your backup plan.

From my experience, those who want the job badly finally get it, somebody gets it quickly somebody gets it slower. But all end up well.

想问一下LZ，如果在来法国之前就有Financial Consulting的全职经历，偏accounting和财务流程，之后再在知名的fund做了equity research的实习~来到法国直接target equity research和M&A相关的实习的可能性大么？那如果拿这样的经历直接一到学校就去申请ib的summer intern是不是经历还是不太够？
