As so far nobody has got scholarships or awards.
tuition fees would be around 40,000, excluding living expenses and summer session fees.

官网上给出的数字是66000左右，里面还包括一个其他费用（比如旅游）7000。

I think that's too expensive
It's almost the same with tulane
