我觉得D很好啊。文章说这个岛上的居民的liver cancer在receive the milk以后增长了，如果解释这个现象只能是D 阿。其他选项表明cancer可能和milk无关。

I think A is right ,

Choose A. The question ask you to choose one evidence to support whether aflatoxin (which is a key element in rat expriment) is also a key in human boy.

D is absolutely unrelevent. The question ask nothing about the formation of the milk. (powder=粉末)

B is also unrelevent, because it just mention the liver (liver=肝脏). Also you don't recognize the work, you can judge this answer wrong through "organs"(器官)

A is right, because it reveal that human in this tropic island also have the aflatoxin which will develop caner with  casein in milk.
