因为definition：GNP，就是一年所有employee的单位产出乘以工作的时间的最终产量；---单位产出(average） of (total number of employee）*total hours=total output
factor one：percentage of employees of available workforce is unlikelyto increase for this year; ---percentage of total number of emloyees
Factor two: 效率，就是每小时每个员工的产出is unlikely to increase for this year. ---average output/(H*per person)
conclusion：itis unlikely that the GNP for this year will exceed last year

所以靠“thetotal number of workforce 可以求出total output
