"Two years ago the city voted to prohibit skateboarding in Central Plaza. They claimed that skateboard users were responsible for the litter and vandalism that were keeping other visitors from coming to the plaza. 事实In the past two years, however, there has only been a small increase in the number of visitors to Central Plaza, and litter and vandalism are still problematic. Skateboarding is permitted in Monroe Park, however, and there is no problem with litter or vandalism there. In order to restore Central Plaza to its former glory, then, we recommend that the city lift its prohibition on skateboarding in the plaza."

Write a response in which you discuss what questions would need to be answered in order to decide whether the recommendation and the argument on which it is based are reasonable. Be sure to explain how the answers to these questions would help to evaluate the recommendation.

对这道题目很有疑问。看了很多提纲，大家都对这个禁止在CP滑冰的prohibition批判了一通，可是我总觉得不能批判这个规定。因为新G考的是逻辑，作者结论的得出基于两点，一点是在CP禁止滑冰然后旅客们很少并且文物依旧破坏。显然作者已经意识到了当时这个规定的鲁莽和冲动。所以我觉得我们不能继续批判这个规定了，这个规定既然已经颁发下来了，已成事实。第二点，作者看到了MP的繁荣，觉得CP可以效仿MP这个建议。因此，作者的逻辑就是CP不繁荣，MP繁荣，因此让CP效仿MP。所以就特别困惑，要不要批判CP当时这个禁止滑冰的规定，人家作者明明已经意识到了，干嘛还要继续批判呀，就是批判了这个规定，这与批判作者的逻辑错误也没多大关系。我真的不知道这一点要不要写进提纲，我看大家主要就这个禁止滑冰的规定大谈特谈，我觉得应该从作者的这个逻辑下手，说明CP不能盲目效仿MP，所以不知道自己的观点是不是正确~希望大家不赐吝教~~

这个其实主要是要不要废除禁令的问题，我不知道是你说的不很清楚还是我理解不了。
关于废不废除禁令，需要考虑到这些问题：1是否可行。2.即使可行，是否必定带来繁荣，在MP能，是否在CP也能，CP不繁荣的原因可能是其他比如没有配套的消费场所（购物中心、酒店宾馆等）。3.是否可以有其他的替代方案来带来繁荣同时保护环境和财物。

逻辑问题在最后一句，就是除去这个禁令，central plaza就能恢复繁荣。
