它说统一前人多 不是说人数增加

A如果反过来说 倒是可以解释的

B为什么不对? 二手车多了,可能会事故增加额。。。 新手多了也可能事故增加。。。 这两个是同等级别的额~如果二手车不代表事故率增加, 那么新手也不一定事故率高额
