Yes, dear Elisa, please share with us your tips on writing the essays: study group skills and achieving program goals. Many thanks!

Study Group Skills(first essay question): They want to make sure you can survive and more importantly contribute to the classroom discussions and group studies, since these are the primary way of learning and getting envolved. Show your experiences, personalities, adaptability, etc, in stories that is interesting to read and can convince the admission committee about your qualifications/fit.
Achieve Program Goals: First, understand the goals of the program, then look at your own goals, and find out connections of your goals and the program goals. For example, one of BYU's motto is 'Enter to Learn, Go Forth to Serve'. What is it in your goal to go forth to serve, whether in business, humanitarian, or other areas. It'd be better to use your personal experience to support your argument and more importantly show passion.
Another advice I want to give is that you'd be benefited if you join in an MBA application workshop or at least a self-organized group. You can review each other's essay and come up with good ideas for each other. A group is much stronger than a person alone. I joined in Zixi's workshop, and my teammates and my mentor were really helpful. Without them, I'm not sure if I can get into BYU.
