3。需要理解论据是如何支持结论的。论据是通过举一个相似的例子，即用户可能只是会把别的ACCOUNT转到 ACCOUNT WIHE MORE BENEFIT（undermine the assumption）  说明银行的存款不会增加，CHALLENGE了结论。D只是指出CITE THE PAST CASE and point out such case are ineffecitve...这个没错。。但是只是表面动作。。没有提到本质的东东。。SUCH CASE和现在的什么联系？ 没有指出证据是如何CHANLLEGE结论的。

1.C is not correct.  The reason is that "for an extended period" does not exist in the question and it is not relevant.
