This letter is intended to serve as a graduate school recommendation for Manqing Xiao. I have been known Manqing well for two years as she was in the one class that I taught. Last Christmas Party, she was played a piece of classical music "A Wonderful Night in Spring", which made the atmosphere reach its peak. Manqing began to learn Guzheng, one of our national musical instuments, when she was only six. Now she has become an expert. The music was so wonderful that I felt like I was attending a musical concert. That piece is a challenging one for any players, especially in the inherent process of turning the regular D tone into the G tone. However, the music I hear from her playing is fluent and beautiful, makes me assure that only after have she practiced many times she could receive so much awards and certificates and play those pieces in such a way to get it. She is right this kind of girl who wants something, she will spare no efforts. Although her perseverance is needed in the study process, it may make her fail some time in the future. Students and faculty often remark that Manqing is blessed with considerable talent. What makes she get here is that she always hold on to the last. She has been translating and editing some manuscripts which have been published on the official website of China Radio International. She volunteered to be an interpreter in the 15th Investment & Trade Forum for Cooperation between East & West China. Over the years of teaching, I have known other students with talent equivalent to Manqing's. Many of them lacked her good nature and humility, and few demonstrated the genuine intellectual curiosity that Manqing has exhibited over and over -- a curiosity that is often accompanied by her excitement or enthusiasm for an idea, an author, a literary work or the lead role in a challenging musical performance. Apart from studying those required courses, she has signed up the short-term Pre-MBA training class in order to prepare her for the graduate studies. Now she is well-prepared. 同意LS 既然给你写推荐信的是你的老师，为什么不写写你上课的表现呢？毕竟你是去读商科的，不是去学音乐的。。 而且我觉得有些写的太过Detail导致有些假。比如，She is right this kind of girl who wants something, she will spare no efforts. 这个用在PS里还可以，但是推荐信就不太恰当了。
