I think the second one should be 'a wealthy information', in my opinion. I remember that when the information is of  special kind, it can be used together with 'a'.

我选C。 disease 什么时候可以不加冠词单数形式啦。长得不像抽象名词的说。

不一定非抽象呀，不可数也行吗。

disease 做不可数名词的时候， 一般都是固定的名词短语，表示某种病， 比如， mad crow disease,   就不会说mad crow diseases.

其他情况， 一般都是可数的。

有看了一般，觉得这个resisting 的确不对。这下更想不通disease 的问题了。
