短期出租DUKE大学附近非常好的公寓房间

我是DUKE MBA二年级学生，因为下学期去伦敦交换学习，所以现在的房子想短租出去。从12月中旬或1月开始出租，到3月中旬。几个优点：非常好的小区，有物业管理，生活方便，离学校近，中国学生基本都住这里，我的房间家具网络和各种物品都齐全，而且（$480) 一定比你能租到的要便宜。


Ideal days to lease would be Dec. 15 to March. 18. However, if you do need it for the full term, I can make it flexible.

It’s the master bedroom of 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt at Alexan Place.

Why this apartment:
·         The current rent is $480/month, cheaper than the market price since we rent it at Blue Devil Weekend. My roomie is also a Fuqua MBA from Shanghai, very easy going.
·         Convenient location - It’s near Asian market, Super Target, Li Ming market, Sam’s club, South Square. 3 miles away from Duke University west campus.
·         All furnished -  you can use all the furniture including mattress, couch, dining table, kitchen set etc. What you need to do is bring your personal belongings.
·         It is a very nice and clean apt in a good neighborhood
·         Good environment. A lot of duke graduate students, esp. Chinese students, live in the neighborhood. You can easily get a ride to school if you don’t have a car.
