真的很对不起大家，这个面试在10/25/11，下午两点。一直很忙没有及时发上来。这次面试本来面试我的人有事走了，是一个第二年的MBA学生给我面试的，感觉她经验不足，把所有MBA该问的都问了一遍。口音是欧洲语言，好像是东欧的一个小国家人，记不清国名了，所以听得很是费劲。虽然面试官没有经验，但是感觉毫无压力，面试过程大部分感觉是我在引领的对话，下面是题目。

1.Would you please walk through your resume?

2.What did you specific do at my second internship?

3.What is your current job (Asked my company and my responsibilities)?

4.Why MBA? Why BC?

5.Tell me about your teamwork Experience?

6.Tell me about how you react when your teammate and you does not trust each other?

7.Tell me about your leadership styles with experience?

8.Tell me about your failure stores, how did you overcome that?

9.Tell me about 3 or 4 words in which your colleagues will describe you？

10.What is your short term and long term goal really specific?

11.What will you contribute to Boston College

12.Other schools applied?

13.Do you have any questions? I raised one.
