我今天急着报名，操作时比较混乱~~~先是用信用卡在网上支付了钱，然后为了验证码耽误了一段时间，显示付费成功之后，顺着指示开始选座位报名，到了选择支付方式时，我没注意选了 other payment types~~~~~~~~~结果后来来短信才知道付了两笔钱，咋办？？？能退吗？

如果按正常的退考来说。只能退80刀把。你可以打电话问问亚洲区的工作人员。。看看有米有别的办法。。

Of course , you can get full refund! But you need to contact your bank and tell them why you make the wrong payment at the second time. I did the mistake like you. last month my network was broken when I cliked the payment button, I was not sure whether I paid successfully or not and whether I really got a seat or not.  Then I paid again for the test at the same test date and at the same test center. On the other day, when I checked my bank balance, i found i paid twice. Anxiously, I called the bank and asked the bank to get my money back. 5 days later, I got my full refund.

如果真的是同一天考试收了两次前，肯定可以退的。打个电话去北美确认应该就可以了。
