Based on your writing I can't believe you only got 580, and this is the highest you could get in two years.
Don't see the record, record is just history, you should believe that you can be the one who creates history. Just imagine that you will create such a legend, GMAT 580 holder gets in HBS, no one in history, on one in the future. You can be a legend!
The best advice I can give you is practice! and then practice some more. There are a lot of online materials and courses if you want to study on your own.
I heard that the new IR section is not so important and schools will not look at it, at least for now since it's new. Can anyone address that? does it mean I can invest more time in other sections?
