We are delighted to invite you to TheChallenge for Chinese Business presented by London Business School, in Hong Kong (28 November) moderated by Bernie Lo, CNBCAnchor, and Shanghai (30 November and 01 December).

Please join our Dean, Sir Andrew Likierman, andfour leading academics from London Business School as they discuss the seismicchanges taking place in the global business landscape and the implications forthe future. What challenges lie ahead for Chinese companies if they are tosupport a surging economy? Are the problems in Europe a sign of Chinaascending or a portent of global problems ahead? How should Chinese corporatesrespond to financial stresses in the West?

Future success will requiredealing with further challenges and big changes in the nature and manner ofChinese business. People, skills and innovation will increasingly be the issuesthat separate out the successful from the failing firms.

Lynda Gratton, Professor ofManagement Practice and Andrew Scott, Professor of Economics, will bringradical new thinking on global challenges and opportunities in the economy andworld of work. Rajesh Chandy, Tony and Maureen Wheeler Chair inEntrepreneurship and Professor of Marketing, and Gary Dushnitsky,Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship, will share their insightsinto successful innovative companies operating in the 21^stCentury.  

They will be joined in Hong Kong by guest speakers including Yat Sui(Founder and CEO, Outblaze), Terry Endsor (Head of Human Resources, AsiaPacific, Citi), Stephen Greer (President, Hartwell Pacific Limited andSenior Advisor, Oaktree Capital), Jon Buford (Founder, BootHK) and AnthonyChan (Senior Vice President, Asian Sovereign Strategist, AllianceBernsteinFixed Income). In Shanghai our guest speakers will be Victor Leung MBA1993(Partner, KPCB China), Charles de Brabant (CEO & Founding Partner,Saint Pierre, Brabant, Li & Associates), Bruno Roy MBA1999 (ManagingPartner, McKinsey & Co) and Jian Lu (Chairman & Founder,Shanghai E-surer).
