但是题目版里面，答案却是B, 到底哪一个正确啊？

B is the best answer.

From the passage, we know there is a 70% chance Plainville will have a spring rain fall.  If we know B, "the percentage of spring rainfalls in Plainville that are thundershowers", then we can calculate the probability that Plainville will have a thundershower soon.
