根据题目，

学校校长坚持认为学生们学习不好是由于教学差。
students failures（A） --》bad teaching（B）
我是从意思上分析的，
否则如果B是A的充分条件的话，那么题目的逻辑就没有错误了呀。

原文并不是充分必要关系，而只是因果关系。前者有推理关系，后者没推理关系。有些书讲无因无果之类，那是误导的。原文的错误是犯因果方面的错误。
