B.  定位在上句的下一句：“But in Brazil Varroa jacobsoni has been present in
Africanized bees since 1972 without the loss of a single colony, even though
beekeepers there undertook no preventive measures”
C.  表达的意思和题干相反；
2.  仔细读题干问的是reason：
定位在L13：“Some researchers point out that this resistance may be related to
the Africanized worker bee's shorter development period”
3.  削弱题：一定要仔细看题目中要求削弱的对象是“resistance of Africanized bees to
Varroa jacobsoni”，注意不要随意添加新信息并且进行多步推理。

如果没有formation太慢这个前提的话，正常情况应该是冷却速度越快，越有可能
导致result in an amorphous structure。
可以做个类比：
因为：姚明太高了以至于  无论他跳的多低 对于他能摸到篮筐都是足够高了
所以：对于正常人来讲，跳的越高，就越有可能摸到篮筐
13. “which is controlled by factors such as the nature of the chemical bonding and
the ease with which atoms move relative to each other”。

1.  定位到“Much of this controversy probably results from unwarranted
extrapolations”，以及之前的“Some geologists argue that pillow lava is
characterized by discrete, ellipsoidal masses. Others describe pillow lava as a
tangled mass of cylindrical.”可以看出作者并没有站某一个观点立场上，只是客观
的分析两种的观点的共同存在的原因。所以BC都不可选。
2. “unwarranted extrapolations”告诉我们了答案A，其他的都没提。
3.  容易选A，因为最后一句话，但是发现B选项的意思包含了A的感觉，果断选择
意思更广，相对更抽象更上义的选项。并且A说的也不妥，A的取反是地质学家们
坚持使用pillow，而文章里没有体现这样的内容。
4.  第一次做这个题把文章内容和选项都理解反了，所以导致这道题做对了- -！
题干问P认为SB的mistake，也就应该是P和SB有分歧的地方，定位回原文：
“In effect, in trying to demonstrate that the imagination is more profound and
less submissive to the intellect than Saint-Beuve assumed，Proust elicited vital
memories”
通过than可以知道，Saint-Beuve应该assume：  
―Imagination is less profound and more submissive to the intellect‖  也就是说
intellect应该更重要。
再回去看选项:
A.  这内容没提；
B.  直译过来应该是：SB将太多的创造想象的过程分配给了intellect，也就是认为
intellect重要；
C.  lot 没有看到这个感觉。
5.  可以直接托福做法。
6.  定位“There is some dispute about the method of transport involved”答案B。
7.  Flotation后面跟的是doubt on these hypotheses，找到these hypotheses指代前
面的内容答案D.
8.  根据Puritan colonies have been rapidly assimilating to the dominant cultural
