请LZ确认，GWD变体逻辑那道题粗体是否是这样？
Aroca county’s public schools are supported primarily by taxes onproperly. The county plans to eliminate the property tax and support schoolswith a now three percent sales tax on all retail items sold in the county. Three percent of Current retail sales isless than the amount collected through property taxes, but Implementationof the plan would not necessarily reduce the amount of money going to Arocacounty public schools , because  ashopping mall likely to draw shoppers from neighboring counties ,which havemuch higher sales-tax rates, is about to open in Aroca county.

GWD那题是这个，改了之后大概是我那个。
先说就是retail tax没有property tax高这个情况，然后作者表示肯定这个评价（是这句话被粗体了，大概是it is true之类的）然后就转折，接上
原来选项中会有一个大型shopping mall 开放的那一段放到题目中了（粗体）。
然后问题是问这两个粗体部分的关系，不知道这样说清楚没？

不是，但是是这两种病。
题目大意是我说的那个。我确认没有记错，应该是这个题的一个变体。
