1/我是凭语感觉得A别扭，而且划线部分需要宾语或者说名字性的东西；

2/大概是习惯用法；

3/加the;

4/has,因为uniform没有复数。

不是高手，只是try to explain一下，错了请包含。

1. convene is 及物动词,后面要有宾语;而且这个宾语又是下一个句子的主语,所以只有 what is good. A 错在convene 后面无宾语．

2.这是一个插入语，triangular in shape 修饰deltas, D 错在 when shape 是名词时是可数的，单数可数名词不能单调存在．

3,有争议，有人prefer "unique to"; others favor "uniquely". I prefer latter one.

4.have should be "are".

1. 题中convening 是不是应该未converting?  
    本题最好能读明白意思。可以很容易的发现convert ... into是个词组。那么convert需要一个宾语，而receives又需要一个单数的主语，那么convert ... into之间肯定是个宾语从句，从而选C

2.提干中are前面应该有个逗号(,)
   本题也要求能大致读懂意思。从句子成分看，usually ......,应该是修饰deltas的。可以是deltas的同位语(D)，也可以是一个省略的从句（A）。但从句意看，只能说deltas的形状是三角性(A),不能说deltas是形状，再者假设能这么说，shape是个单数可数名词，要用冠词修饰。所以只有选 A

3.unique修饰后面的形容词American，要用副词形式uniquely。

4.从genetically more uniform中可以很容易看出unifrom是形容词，那么谓语需要系表动词be,所以B have-> are

1.这是一个由 what 引导的子句来补充说明 an image by convening 这意思, 它不是一个对等子句, 所以不能选 A

2.这是一个关系代名词省略的插入句, 所以 shape 必须为名词词性.

3. unique 改为 uniquely 去修饰 American

4. have 改为 are, 注意后面有比较级 more … than …
