我认为这可以修改为with+分词的形式

及物不及物我从来没弄清过。。。。
在请教一个：
Alaska
regularly deposits some of its profits from the sale of oil into a special fund, with the intention to sustain the state’s economy after the exhaustion of its oil reserves.
C. fund intended to sustain the state’s economy after oil reserves are exhausted

D.fund intended to sustain the state’s economy after exhausting its oil reserves
你觉得选那个？D after后省略了Alaka?

如果要从C、D里面选 ，我选C
感觉D后面 after exhausting its oil reserves里的its 好像有点指代不清（逻辑上指Alaska,不过相隔太远；形式上也可以指the state's economy,但逻辑上又不对）

after可做介词也可做连词。此处为介词，因为后面直接跟了动名词（分词形式）
它后面没有省略，因为跟前面共用主语（Alaska?)

此处也可以将after改为连词： after Alaska exhausted its oil reserves.

答案是C。
我当时想的是 after 后省略了Alaska, 然后用exhausting 因为是主动的形式。
所以你的意思是 要是改为连词：也共用Alaska的话是这样： after exhausted its oil reserves?
