不知道分析的对不对，说说我的思路：

题干说的是：尽管盈利少于single，但是跨国合作正在经历复兴。原因是可以得到原本不可能签下的跨国合同。
A 无关，题目中说的是跨国与单一企业，与project大小无关；
B 无关，质量没出现过；
C 额 纠结 求大牛指点！
D 无关，比较对象混淆；
E 文中谈的没涉及不和外国签合约的项目利益。

This is an inference question, whose correct answer is a must-be-true type.

Pay attention to this phrase: "a modest renaissance" which means that the current state is better than before (a renaissance) but is not as great as the peak ( a modest one). Thus C correctly points out this feature of the current situation and becomes the correct answer.

So if you understand the first sentence of the paragraph,  you will be able to pick the correct answer choice easily.
