楼主调下字体嘛 太小了点

第二题见过，第一题没见过。我认为第一题选E，就是讲买方的采购的业绩考核是基于他们能不能谈一个高的discount，如果根据定价策略，本来价钱就定很低了，公司不可能再给高的discount，导致买方的采购不可能青睐公司产品。
